Agronomy advisory
Season-long, field-level guidance for basmati and the belt rotation, delivered by qualified agriculture graduates in Punjabi — on your field, and on WhatsApp between visits. Coverage includes variety selection, nursery and transplanting windows, water management including alternate wetting and drying, nutrition scheduling, and spray-window discipline aligned with Punjab Agricultural University recommendations.
The advisory has one commercial purpose we are open about: grain grown on a documented, compliant protocol is grain we can sell for more in October. Your record-keeping is your premium.
Market linkage
Direct channels to millers and Tier-1 basmati exporters for residue-compliant paddy. The structure stays inside the mandi system: a premium over the reference mandi rate on the day of lifting, transparent weighment, buyer-funded third-party residue testing, and clean J-Form paperwork.
KissanLink coordinates and is paid a disclosed per-quintal fee. We do not trade against our own growers. The first pilot covers the 1121 crop in our node clusters this season, and registered growers get first entry.
Farm inputs
Licensed supply of seed, nutrition and crop protection, dispensed by qualified staff under the Insecticides Act, on the KissanLink protocol.
We are deliberately not selling inputs before the licences and the qualified team are in place. When this opens, it opens properly — timed to the 2027 kharif sowing, not to a launch date that suits us.
Credit facilitation
In a later phase we intend to help growers access formal seasonal credit through partner financial institutions, so that input finance costs less than it does today.
